高水县境内的水系比较发达,沟河纵横,有大中型河道7条,汾河、沙河穿境而过,其中流域面积在100km~2以上的河道2条,30～80km~2的河道10余条,为了改变商水过去“五湖十八坡”的水利面貌,商水县发扬“红旗渠”精神,狠抓了水利设施建设,其中在骨干河道上建中型水闸3座(周庄闸、雷坡闸、新枯河闸),面上小型水闸40余座。这些工程的实施,使商水初步形成了四大灌区,即沙南灌区、雷坡灌区、周庄灌区、大路李灌区。在
