随着素质教育的全面推行,为了落实教育方针,各个学校也开始全面落实“健康第一”的指导思想。这样,高中体育教学也开始全面贯彻“阳光体育”理念,对学生提出了更为严格的要求。但是,就目前的情况来看,想要在高中体育课教学中落实阳光体育还存在着一定的困难。基于此,本文针对在高中体育课教学中实行阳光体育教学的可行性进行了简要的阐述,并提出几点个人看法,仅供参考。
With the full implementation of quality education, in order to implement the education policy, all schools have begun to fully implement the guiding principle of “health first”. In this way, high school physical education teaching has begun to fully implement the “Sunshine Sports ” concept, made the students more stringent requirements. However, judging from the current situation, there are still some difficulties in implementing sunshine sports in PE teaching in senior middle school. Based on this, this article gives a brief introduction to the feasibility of practicing sunshine physical education in high school PE teaching, and puts forward some personal opinions for reference only.
