重庆今年采购额达17亿重庆市政府采购2003年的采购金额将会达到17亿元,截至目前已完成3大类29个小类将1000个项目,采购金额2000年为3亿,2001年为6亿,2002年达到11亿,通过政府采购,节约了大量的成本,杜绝了在采购中的腐败现象,加强了廉政建设,重庆市政府采购在通用PC方面采用定点采购,服务器采用公开招标,重庆市政府采购采取管采分离,采购任务交采购中心或设备中介机构,对于IT采购这一块采用定点源头采购,大大降低成本,供应商对生产厂商负责,生产厂商对用户负责。目前重庆市财政局政府采购中心工作方式在逐步改变,管理部门加大管理力度,加强监督,杜绝虛假数字,采购部门多方比较价格,使政府采购价格趋于合理,在未来政府采购过程中继续做好工作,抓好内部管理工作,重庆市政府集中招标采购,充分发挥了规模效益的作用,节约了财政资金,同时也为建立公开、公正、公平的市场竟争环境创造了条件。
