高速公路沥青路面的施工,由于原料供应等实际因素影响,施工过程不能保持不间断施工,所以难免存在工作缝问题。对于沥青路面横向接缝,除选用先进的ABG423摊铺机和碾压设备DD130振动压路机配套设备外,还要注意选择技术熟练的摊捕手来操作,监理人员也必须监管到位,只有把关好各个环节,才能很好地完成横向接缝,保证路面质量。结合遵毕高速公路的施工条件,对高速公路沥青路面横向接缝工艺进行了总结,对以后类似的施工起到借鉴作用。
