兴趣是学生对学习活动或学习对象的一种力求认识或趋近的倾向性,是学习动力最重要的源泉。小学生学习数学的兴趣总是在一定的情景中产生并发展的,因此,《数学课程标准》中明确指出:“数学教学应该是与生活环境、知识背景密切相关的,又是学生感兴趣的学习情境,让学生在观察、操作、猜测、反思等活动中逐步体会数学知识的产生、形成与发展的过程,获得积极的情感体验,感受学习的力量,同时掌握必要的基础知识和基本技能。”
