为观察克病毒饮精制颗粒 (金银花、大青叶、黄芩、薄荷、柴胡、生甘草 )治疗病毒性感染和临床疗效 ,随机分设治疗组 12 6例、对照组 (板蓝根冲剂 ) 10 2例 ,3天为一疗程 ,观察 1～ 2个疗程。结果 :治疗组痊愈 112例 ,显效 8例 ,有效 5例 ,无效 1例 ,痊愈率 95 .2 % ,较对照组痊愈率 5 8.8%有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;其体温变化 ,临床症状体征积分组间比较亦有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。提示克病毒饮精制颗粒疗效明显优于板蓝根冲剂
In order to observe the treatment of viral infections and clinical curative effect of Gram-Virus Refined Granules (Honeysuckle, Folium Isatidis, Radix Astragali, Peppermint, Radix Bupleuri, and Radix Glycyrrhizae), 126 patients in the treatment group and 102 patients in the control group (Banlangen Granules) were randomized. 3 days for a course of treatment, observe 1 to 2 courses. Results: In the treatment group, 112 cases were cured, 8 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective, and the cure rate was 95.2%. There was a significant difference (P<0.05) from the cure rate of the control group (P < 0.05); There was also a significant difference between the clinical symptom scores and the integral scores (P < 0.05 to 0.01).
