各省、自治区、直辖市及计划单列市财政厅(局)、物价局(计委)、交通厅(局)、国家税务局、新疆生产建设兵团,国务院各部委、各直属机构: 根据《国务院批转财政部、国家计委等部门<交通和车辆税费改革实施方案>的通知》(国发[2000]34号)和《中华人民共和国车辆购置税暂行条例》(国务院令第294号)的规定,从2001年1月1日起开征车辆购置税取代车辆购置附加费。现就有关事项通知如下:
