电信服务质量、服务水平。涉及到许多方面、许多问题。服务质量、水平的高低,又是企业经营活动效果的综合反映。它包括电信网的能力与业务量不断增长的需求是否能经常保持相匹配、协调;资金、技术装备质量是否有保障;机、线、业人员以及用户使用、操作的各种电信设备是否正确;管理体制、水平能否适应。而以上几方面之间的关系又是互相制约的。为了在这样一个复杂的情况下,通过自身努力,把有可能做到的一些事情做好,下面浅谈一些看法,供大家参考。
