减小弹丸的底部阻力乃是增大其射程的一种可靠途径。弹丸的底阻与弹底压力直接相关。减小底阻的一种有效方法是在弹尾部安装固体推进剂气体发生器,向弹底区域喷射燃气。所喷射的燃气可有多种散射方式。可以采用中心喷射,也可以采用边缘喷射,或兼而采用两种喷射方式。本报告着重研究中心喷射或边缘喷射的作用及其对弹底阻力的影响。文中讨论了亚音速喷射,也研究了喷射温度的影响。
Reducing the bottom resistance of the projectile is a sure way to increase its range. Projectile base resistance and the bottom pressure directly related. An effective way to reduce the drag is to install a solid propellant gas generator on the tail of the missile to inject gas into the area of the bottom of the breech. The jet of gas can have a variety of scattering methods. You can use the center jet, you can also use the edge of the jet, or a combination of both injection methods. This report focuses on the role of jet or edge jets at the center and their impact on the resistance of the bottom. In this paper, subsonic jetting is discussed and the effect of jetting temperature is also studied.
