作为市场化程度较高的新媒体,如何在愈发激烈的竞争中提升自己的核心竞争力,加强人力资源管理是重点。人均效能又称为平均效能,是每个人产生效能的平均数,由总工作效率除以总人数得出的结果。在人力资源管理中,应用人均效能,可以促进员工竞争力提高,促进员工及企业组织的发展。本文从“人均效能”的角度,对新媒体行业的人力资源管理策略进行了分析。任何一个行业的发展,都与人力资源有着密切联系。随着新媒体行业的快速发展,人力资源管理成为越来越重要的课题。如何挖掘新媒体行业的人力资源潜力,为行业创造更高的价值?本文从人均效能的角度,提出了新媒体行业人力资源管理的相关策略。
