2013年底,国际合作与发展部长级委员会(CICID)表示,2014年,将机票互助税(希拉克税)提高12.7%,并直接反映为机票价格上涨。此前,乘客需支付1至40欧元不等的机票互助税。然而2014年,他们要为更高的税率买单。而随着税率的提高,更多人的目光也逐渐被这项实行近十年的税种所吸引,征收这项税种无疑给发展中国家带来了一定的物质援助,但同时自税收机制建立之日,也不乏某些国家或是某些行业的反对之声,故本文旨在于分析这项税种给国际社会生活带来的影响。
At the end of 2013, the International Committee for Cooperation and Development’s Ministerial Committee (CICID) said that in 2014, the ticket mutual aid tax (Chirac tax) was raised by 12.7% and directly reflected in the increase in air ticket prices. Passengers were required to pay airline ticket tax assistance, ranging from 1 to 40 euros. However, in 2014, they will pay for a higher tax rate. With the increase of tax rates, more and more people’s eyes are gradually attracted by this kind of tax that has been practiced for nearly a decade. Imposing this kind of tax certainly brings certain material assistance to developing countries, but at the same time, it has been established through the taxation mechanism Japan, there is no lack of objections in some countries or certain industries, so this article aims to analyze the impact of this tax on the international community.
