目的:分析红外光谱在中药检验中的应用方法及效果。方法:根据实践工作经验,结合国内外文献报道内容,对红外光谱分析技术主要特点进行分析,并对其在中药检验中的应用情况进行探究。结果:采用红外光谱技术,对中药真伪、优劣进行鉴别,同时可开展中药活性成分定量分析。结论:红外光谱分析技术操作便利,且快速无损,不会产生污染,在中医药研究领域中具有重要作用,发展前景广阔。
Objective: To analyze the application of infrared spectroscopy in traditional Chinese medicine test and its effect. Methods: According to the practical work experience, combined with the contents of the literature at home and abroad, the main characteristics of infrared spectroscopy were analyzed, and its application in the test of traditional Chinese medicine was explored. Results: Using infrared spectroscopy, the authenticity of Chinese medicine, the advantages and disadvantages were identified, at the same time be able to carry out quantitative analysis of active ingredients in Chinese medicine. Conclusion: Infrared spectroscopy has the advantages of convenient operation, rapid and non-destructive, no pollution and has an important role in the field of traditional Chinese medicine research and has broad prospects for development.
