目的探讨品管圈活动在老年患者安全护理管理中的效果,以期建立新型安全护理管理模式。方法在品管圈活动前先对xx老年医学科安全管理中的护理缺陷进行调查分类,根据分类分别成立了降低老年患者跌倒率,降低老年患者非计划性拔管率的两个品管圈。应用品管圈的活动对老年医学科的护理工作进行持续的质量改进。结果自2013年9月开始开展品管圈活动后,老年患者跌倒发生率比前一年降低3.7%,非计划性拔管发生率比前一年降低5.49%,患者及家属满意度达到99%。
Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle activities in the safety management of elderly patients with a view to establishing a new type of safety nursing management. Methods Before the QA activities, the nursing defects in the safety management of xx geriatric subjects were investigated. According to the classification, two quality control circles were set up respectively to reduce the fall rate of the elderly patients and reduce the unplanned extubation rate of the elderly patients. The application of QC activities continued to improve the quality of care in geriatrics. Results After the QC cycle started in September 2013, the incidence of falls in elderly patients decreased by 3.7% compared with the previous year, the incidence of unplanned extubation was 5.49% lower than that of the previous year, and the satisfaction of patients and their families reached 99% .
