目的:探析急诊科实施急诊分诊护理安全管理的效果。方法:选取医院2012年急诊科收治的300例患者作为对照组,另选取2013年收治的300例患者作为观察组,对照组实施常规急诊科分诊,观察组采用急诊分诊安全管理干预,比较不同分诊措施干预后的效果。结果:针对两组患者实施不同分诊干预后,观察组护理分诊质量评分和护理服务评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊科护理分诊工作中,采用分诊安全管理干预,能有效提高护理质量,可以提高患者对急诊分诊工作的认可。
Objective: To analyze the effect of emergency management of emergency triage nursing in emergency department. Methods: A total of 300 patients admitted to the emergency department of the hospital in 2012 were selected as the control group. Another 300 patients admitted in 2013 were selected as the observation group. The control group received routine emergency department triage. The observation group received emergency triage safety management intervention. Effects of different triage interventions. Results: The quality of care and nursing service scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the emergency department nursing triage, the use of triage safety management intervention can effectively improve the quality of care, patients can improve the recognition of emergency triage.
