目的:对上树虾的性状及显微特征进行研究。方法:采用性状鉴别法、显微鉴别法(石蜡切片法、叶表皮撕片法及粉末制片法)。结果:金黄色假鳞茎,表面光滑,具3~4节,纵向撕裂呈海绵状,折断呈纤维性可作为上树虾药材性状鉴别的依据。根横切面中根被细胞数列,中柱小,韧皮部束位于木质部束的星角间。茎横切面基本组织细胞大小较悬殊,外韧型维管束散在。叶横切面可见硅质块及草酸钙簇晶。全草粉末中可见草酸钙针晶束、草酸钙簇晶、石细胞、纤维、硅质块等。结论:上树虾性状、显微特征稳定、可靠,可为其鉴定、开发与利用提供参考依据。
Objective: To study the traits and microscopic features of shrimps. Methods: The character identification method, microscopic identification method (paraffin section method, leaf epidermal tear method and powder preparation method). Results: The golden yellow pseudobulb had a smooth surface with 3 to 4 nodes. The longitudinal tear was sponge-like and the fracture was fibrous. It could be used as the basis for character identification of shrimps. The roots of the root cross section of the cell number column, the small column, phloem bundle located in the horn of the xylem bundle. Stem cross section of the basic tissue cell size more than the difference, outside the tough vascular bundles scattered. Leaf cross-section visible silicon blocks and calcium oxalate cluster. Whole grass powder can be seen calcium oxalate needle crystal beam, calcium oxalate cluster, stone cells, fibers, silicon blocks and so on. Conclusion: The characters and microscopic characteristics of tree shrimp are stable and reliable, which can provide a reference for its identification, development and utilization.
