二、从故障先兆入手分析排除故障液压系统出现的噪声、振动过大,温度过高及泄漏等故障先兆,并不会马上影响机器运转,但往往预示系统将出现故障.这些故障先兆通常可借助视、触、听直观得到,因此,由此入手可以找出问题所在,避免事故发生.1.噪声过大液压系统的噪声主要是流体噪声和机械噪声.噪声过大不仅给人造成不适的感觉,而且往往是液压系统运行中一些故障的先兆.图7为噪声过大的逻辑分析框图.噪声过大的主要原因与排除方法如图8所示.
