为了不断提高T618A型卧式镗床的质量问题,我们组织了攻关组对该机床的主要性能进行了攻关。针对原设计液压系统和电气系统局部存在较严重的问题,我们着重从液压方面和电气方面对T618A进行了改进。经过了实际的改装,生产加工考验,厂鉴定组鉴定,取得了显著的效果。此项改进措施,特点是:花钱少,见效快,改装简单。现将分析意见及改进措施叙述如下:
In order to continuously improve the quality of T618A horizontal boring machine, we organized the research group to tackle the key performance of the machine tool.
