在合成氨工业中,甲烷化反应己得到广泛研究。在管道煤气化流程中,CO 甲烷化也是一个重要的中间反应步骤。由于各种品位的煤炭中普遍含有不同比例的硫,所以研制煤气化流程中抗硫甲烷化催化剂有一定价值。镍基甲烷化催化剂对硫极为敏感,易中毒失活,故寻找新体系的抗硫甲烷化催化剂在国内外都是一个较新的课题。本工作在实验室考察了自制的硫化钼催化剂的甲烷化性能,并对CO 在钼基催化剂及镍基催化剂上
Methanation reactions have been extensively studied in the ammonia industry. Methanation of CO is also an important intermediate reaction step in the pipeline coal gasification process. Since various grades of coal generally contain different proportions of sulfur, it is of some value to develop the anti-sulfur methanation catalyst in coal gasification processes. Nickel-based methanation catalyst is sensitive to sulfur, easy poisoning inactivation, so look for a new system of anti-sulfur methanation catalyst at home and abroad are a relatively new subject.
