减压转油线是炼油厂减压单元的重要管道。良好的转油线对减压深拔、稳定操作、节能减排以及产品质量提升意义重大。采用DPM模型,对3个工业中减压转油线进行多相流模拟分析。结果表明,管道合流方式对压降分布影响重大;采用逐级扩径方式可以有效控制流场的波动;采用裤状三通可以减小管内流速的峰值;管内汽化的主要是渣油中的轻组分,而沸点高于入口温度渣油几乎不汽化;渣油液滴与管道壁面的碰撞主要发生在弯管和合流口附近。
Reducing oil transfer line is an important pipeline refinery unit decompression. Good transfer of oil on the deep decompression, stable operation, energy saving and product quality improvement is of great significance. The DPM model was used to simulate the multiphase flow of the vacuum transfer line in three industries. The results show that the pipe merging mode has a great influence on the pressure drop distribution. The step-by-step expanding mode can effectively control the flow field fluctuation. Pants tee can reduce the peak flow velocity in the pipe. Component, while the boiling point is higher than the inlet temperature, the residual oil almost does not vaporize; residual oil droplets collide with the pipe wall mainly occurs near the elbow and the merging port.
