据外媒报道,《消化道》(Gut)杂志刊登一项最新研究19日指出,肠癌患者若每周食用足量富含Omega-3脂肪酸的高油脂鱼类,存活率可大大提高。据报导,沙丁鱼、鲑鱼等鱼类体内的Omega-3脂肪酸,可以抑制肿瘤生长,并阻碍血液供给癌细胞。美国专家研究发现,肠癌患者每周定期食用少量这些鱼类可使得癌症的死亡率降低高达70%。
According to foreign media reports, “Gut” (Gut) magazine published a new study on the 19th pointed out that patients with intestinal cancer weekly consumption of adequate high-fat fish rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, the survival rate can be greatly enhanced. It has been reported that omega-3 fatty acids in fish, such as sardines and salmon, inhibit tumor growth and impede blood supply to cancer cells. A US expert study found that regular small weekly consumption of these fish in patients with colorectal cancer can reduce cancer mortality by as much as 70%.
