用弱磁场磁选和二段湿式强磁场磁选的联合方法,从墨西哥La Perla矿床含磁铁矿、假象赤铁矿、赤铁矿和磷灰石的矿石中回收含铁55%、含磷0.5%的精矿。在弱磁场磁选段回收磁铁矿、弱磁场磁选的尾矿经二段琼斯DP317湿式强磁场磁选机磁选。在第一段湿式强磁场磁选阶段,在磁极间隙为5毫米条件下,回收假象赤铁矿和部分赤铁矿。在第二段,于较高的场强下,磁极间隙为2毫米的条件下,回收剩余的赤铁矿。
Using a combination of weak magnetic field magnetic separation and two-stage wet strong magnetic field magnetic separation, 55% ferrous iron was recovered from ores containing magnetite, illusion hematite, hematite and apatite from the La Perla deposit in Mexico, 0.5% concentrate. Magnetic field recovery in weak magnetic field magnetite, magnetic field weak tailings by the second paragraph Jones DP317 wet magnetic field magnetic separator. In the first stage of wet magnetic field magnetic separation stage, the artifact hematite and some hematite were recovered at a pole gap of 5 mm. In the second paragraph, the remaining hematite was recovered at a higher field strength with a pole gap of 2 mm.
