10月23日是我校语文组教师的例行研修日,本次活动是学校“新秀”“名师”培养工程中新秀教师的课例展示与研讨。课例展示结束后,语文组全体教师就课例生成了研讨问题:如何在阅读教学中充分发挥学生的自主性?问题一出,各位在场教师按捺不住,纷纷发表意见:老师1:学生要自主,教师一定要研究文本。老师2:教师要紧扣文本,精心设计问题,开展小组合作交流,让组内活动体现自主性。
October 23rd is the routine training day for the teachers of the Chinese language group in our school. This event is a demonstration and study of the rookie teachers in the school’s “Rookie” and “Famous Teacher” training projects. After the class presentation was completed, all the teachers in the language group generated a discussion question about the class example: how to give full play to the student’s autonomy in reading teaching? When the question came out, the teachers present were unable to hold their opinions and expressed their opinions one after another: Teacher 1: Student wants Autonomy, teachers must study the text. Teacher 2: Teachers should keep abreast of the text, carefully design issues, carry out group cooperation and exchange, and let the activities within the group be autonomous.
