我国粮食仓库的总库容量到目前为止仍然是相当不足的。近十几年来,粮食库存量每年都有所增加,而且使用多年的老库又逐年报废了一定数量,但目前建库的速度却跟不上实际的需要,以致目前全国仍有大量的粮食要露天堆放,在进、出粮港口上的压船、压港现象也很严重,这一切给国民经济带来了相当大的损失。 The total storage capacity of China’s grain warehouses is still quite inadequate.
