本文回顾并总结了有关学者对商品流通渠道形成机制的研究。分析了企业渠道模式的形成机制所涉及的关键变量,并从中提炼出制造企业对渠道的管理介入和中间商的发展两个维度对我国改革开放后渠道模式的发展轮廓进行划分。结合中国改革开放以后企业的实践,对渠道模式的发展进行阐述。
This paper reviews and summarizes the scholars’ research on the formation mechanism of commodity circulation channels. Analyzes the key variables involved in the formation mechanism of the enterprise channel model, and draws the conclusion that the manufacturing enterprises’ intervention in the channel management and the development of the middlemen make a distinction between the development patterns of the channel model in China after the reform and opening up. Combined with the practice of China’s enterprises after the reform and opening up, the development of the channel model is described.
