目的了解某金属硅材料厂存在的职业病危害因素。方法采用现场检测结合工艺流程和材料清单的方法对该厂生产工艺过程中可能存在的职业病危害因素进行调查。结果该厂生产工艺过程中存在的职业病危害因素主要是粉尘、一氧化碳、噪声、高温等,且矽尘和噪声采样点合格率较低,分别为11.1%和40.0%。结论该厂主要的职业病危害因素是矽尘和噪声。
Objective To understand the hazards of occupational diseases in a metal silicon material factory. Methods The methods of on-the-spot testing combined with the process flow and material list were used to investigate the potential hazards of occupational diseases in the production process of the plant. Results The main occupational hazards in the production process of the plant were dust, carbon monoxide, noise, high temperature, etc., and the passing rates of silica dust and noise sampling points were low, which were 11.1% and 40.0% respectively. Conclusion The main occupational hazards of the plant are silica dust and noise.
