为了研究振动压路机在压实作业中的振动轮振动加速度、位移、机架振动和土壤压实度的变化情况,以及振动加速度与机架振动、土壤压实度之间的相互关系。结合单钢轮振动压路机,建立振动轮-土壤模型,得到模型动力学微分方程。利用MATLAB/Simulink进行仿真,仿真结果与振动压路机实际作业情况接近,对振动压路机机架减振分析和压实度检测技术具有实际意义。
In order to study the variation of vibration acceleration, displacement, frame vibration and soil compaction of vibratory wheel in compaction operation of vibratory roller, and the relationship between vibration acceleration and frame vibration and soil compaction. Combined with single-drum vibratory roller, the vibration wheel-soil model was established and the differential equation of the model dynamics was obtained. Using MATLAB / Simulink to simulate the simulation results and the actual operation of the vibratory roller close to the vibration roller compacting machine vibration analysis and compaction detection technology is of practical significance.
