使用电子探针、扫描电子显微镜和光学显微镜研究了在真空熔铸凝固过程施加工频旋转电磁搅拌对K417高温合金母合金锭质量的影响。实验结果表明:在K417高温合金真空熔铸的凝固过程中合理施加工频旋转电磁搅拌,能够细化和增加高温合金母合金锭的等轴晶组织,减少高温合金母合金锭中非金属夹杂物的含量,并能将高温合金母合金锭的中心缩孔的比率从54%降低到35%,从而大幅提高了K417高温合金母合金锭的质量。
Electron probe, scanning electron microscopy and optical microscopy were used to study the effect of frequency electromagnetic stirring on the quality of K417 superalloy mother alloy ingots during the process of vacuum casting and solidification. The experimental results show that it is feasible to refine and increase the equiaxed grain structure of the superalloy master alloy ingot and reduce the non-metallic inclusions in the superalloy master ingot by reasonably applying the frequency-agile electromagnetic stirring in the process of vacuum casting of K417 superalloy Content, and can reduce the ratio of the center shrinkage of the superalloy master ingot from 54% to 35%, thereby greatly improving the quality of the K417 superalloy master ingot.
