构建和谐的证券市场是构建和谐社会的需要,其关键在于保护中小投资者的利益。保护中小投资者的合法权益是证券市场监管的核心,也是证券市场健康运行的基础。从分类表决机制的出台到《证券投资者保护基金管理办法》的颁布体现了政府对中小投资者利益保护政策的落实,也是投资者利益保护方面的制度建设的一大跨越。
Building a harmonious stock market is the need to build a harmonious society. The key is to protect the interests of small and medium-sized investors. Protecting the legitimate rights and interests of small and medium-sized investors is the core of the securities market regulation and also the basis for the sound operation of the securities market. The promulgation of the classification voting mechanism and the promulgation of the Measures for the Administration of Securities Investor Protection Fund reflect the government’s implementation of the policy of protecting the interests of small and medium-sized investors and a great leap forward in the institutional construction of investor protection.
