工厂中经常遇到精密坐标孔系的加工问题.由于一般小型工厂,尤其是轻纺、乡镇企业的机械加工车间都不具备坐标镗床或坐标磨床,所以往往采用几个零件“同加工”或“单配”等传统工艺来达到装配要求。但是这已不能适应当前正在推行的“标准化”及“通用化”所提出的更高要求。为此,这里介绍一种精密坐标孔系的简易加工工艺。图1为所要加工的模板类型工件。先制造一种辅助套如图2所示,件数与孔数相同。每件的φ20尺寸尽可能一致,(也可磨成φ20×70后切割成三件)以便于
