沈阳市沈河区南塔街小学始建于1951年,学校现有13个教学班及1个附属幼儿园,学生458人,教职工33人。学校毗邻中国鞋城、东北日杂商业圈,因此我校80%的学生来自来沈务工家庭。不同的成长环境,不同的生活背景,使这些孩子和本地的孩子相比有明显的差异。他们不仅生活窘迫,学习成绩不理想,缺乏兴趣爱好,而且性格也大多内向,不善表达,胆小怯懦,有严重的自卑心理。那么,如何让外来务工家庭的孩子们拥有阳光、自信的心态,在同一片蓝天下,共享优质教
South Street, Shenhe District, Shenyang City Elementary School was founded in 1951, the school has 13 teaching classes and an affiliated kindergarten, 458 students, 33 faculty members. The school is adjacent to Shoe City in China and the Northeast Commercial Area. Therefore, 80% of our students come from Shenkui families. Different growth environments and different living backgrounds make these children have obvious differences from their local counterparts. They not only life distress, poor academic performance, lack of interest, and most introverted personality, poor expression, timid cowardice, a serious sense of inferiority. So, how to make children of migrant workers have a sunshine, a confident attitude, in the same piece of blue sky, sharing good teaching
