移动搜索服务提升了消费者的现实体验,路径选择与信息查询行为密切相关。本文采取文献调研和问卷调查的研究方法,通过归纳、演绎和比较分析,结合社会行为学等理论与方法、语言省力法则的研究和移动搜索原理,就Zipf原则下移动用户网络消费行为的研究,提出一种基于最小努力原则下移动搜索的测评模型,深入探讨大学生的移动搜索行为以及最省力法则视角下影响移动搜索技术的主要因素,并对最短路径的选择提出指导性意见。
Mobile search service enhances consumers’ real-life experience. Path selection and information inquiry are closely related. This paper adopts the research methods of literature investigation and questionnaire investigation. By inductive, deductive and comparative analysis, combined with the theories and methods of social behavior, the study of language labor-saving laws and the principle of mobile search, this paper researches the consumer behavior of the mobile users under the Zipf principle, This paper proposes a mobile search evaluation model based on the principle of least effort, probes deeply into the mobile search behavior of college students and the main factors influencing mobile search technology from the perspective of the most effort-saving rule, and gives guidance on the selection of the shortest path.
