在全面推进素质教育的过程中,学校仅重视学科教学改革是不够的,需要教育管理模式的创新与之配套,使之相辅相成。在实施素质教育的实践过程中,笔者深切地感到,民主开放型的班级管理模式是实施素质教育的最佳选择。
In the process of promoting quality education in an all-round way, it is not enough for the school to emphasize the reform of subject teaching. It needs the innovation of the education management model to complement it. In the process of implementing quality education, the author deeply feels that the democratic and open class management model is the best choice for implementing quality education.
