观察视乳头生理凹陷的大小、形态和测量凹陷与视乳头直径之比值(杯/盘)是近年来受人重视的课题。对开角型青光眼的早期诊断、病情演变的估计和疗效的判断都有一定的价值。但测量和分析的方法较难标准化。立体眼底摄影法虽较精确但不能广泛应用。作者用裂隙灯前置镜方法对580正常人(4-91岁,眼压均≤18mmHg)作了观测。并对其中289人加用直接眼底镜检查以资对照。测量其杯盘比(C/D),并探讨了C/D与年龄、性别、屈光不正和眼压之间的关系。作者强调以视神经纤维离开视网膜平面向后弯曲的一点作为杯缘的标志。在裂隙灯前置镜下
Observing the size, shape and measuring the ratio of the depression and the diameter of the papilla (cup / disk) is a subject that people pay attention to in recent years.
