如果员工不能有效地把在培训中学到的知识和技能转化成行动和习惯,落实到每一天的实际工作中,产生实实在在的工作成果,那培训又有何用?怎样做才能保证培训效果获得最大限度的保留及落地?笔者认为要考虑以下两方面:一方面,企业是否抓住了培训的关键,课程设计是否合理,是否花精力推动了培训?另一方面,对于培训中学到的知识、技能,学员如何做才能有效吸收,并转化为行动,直至养成习惯,产生好的结果?
