目的对中国汉族人纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物-1(PAI-1)基因启动子6754G/5G多态性4G4G基因型与冠心病的相关性进行Meta分析。方法冠心病组和相应的对照组之间4G/4G基因型的比值比为统计量。尽可能收集到所有相关文献,剔除不符合要求的文献以排除发表偏倚的影响,最后有6个原始研究总计1853例对象进入本研究。用Stata8.0和SPSS10.0统计软件包对各研究结果进行一致性检验并采用相应的数学模型进行数据合并。结果相关文献未发现显著发表偏倚,数据合并结果显示冠心病组和对照组4G4G/(4G5G+5G5G)比值比为1.82,95%的可信区间为1.21~2.74(P<0.01)。结论中国汉族人PAI-1基因启动子4G/5G多态性与冠心病有关联,冠心病组4G4G基因型增多。
Objective To analyze the association between polymorphism of 4G75 genotype of PAI-1 gene promoter 6754G / 5G and coronary heart disease in Chinese Han population. Methods The odds ratio of 4G / 4G genotype between coronary heart disease group and corresponding control group was statistic. As much as possible, all relevant literature was collected, unqualified literature was discarded to exclude the impact of publication bias, and a total of 6 original studies of 1853 subjects were included in the study. Stata8.0 and SPSS10.0 statistical package for the consistency of the results of the study and the corresponding mathematical model for data consolidation. Results No significant publication bias was found in the relevant literature. The data showed that the odds ratio of 4G4G / (4G5G + 5G5G) was 1.82 in 95 patients with coronary heart disease and 95% in the control group, with a confidence interval of 1.21-2.74 (P <0.01). Conclusion The 4G / 5G polymorphism of PAI-1 gene promoter in Chinese Han population is associated with coronary heart disease, and the genotype of 4G4G in coronary heart disease group is increased.
