以国内最大跨度的公铁两用斜拉桥为背景,针对其特有的三索面三室混凝土索塔结构,利用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对锚固区节段建立了精细分析的有限元模型。结合桥梁整体受力特点,分析了在主力组合作用下节段锚固区应力场分布规律。针对索塔锚固区横向应力过大的问题,对锚固区横向预应力进行了优化,对比分析了优化前后的局部应力场,得出优化后锚固区应力满足规范和工程要求。
Taking the largest span cable-stayed bridge in the country as the background, a finite element model of fine analysis is established for the anchorage zone segment by using the large-scale common finite element software ANSYS for its unique three-cable three-compartment concrete pylon structure. Combined with the overall characteristics of the bridge, the distribution of stress field in the anchorage zone of the segment under the action of the main force is analyzed. Aiming at the problem that the lateral stress in the anchorage zone is too large, the lateral prestressing force in the anchorage zone is optimized. The local stress field before and after the optimization is compared and analyzed. The stress compliance and engineering requirements of the anchorage zone are obtained.
