最近25~30年来,日本的死因顺位发生了明显的改变,饮食和营养状况也发生了明显的变化。 1950~1975年一些疾病的标准化死亡率(据据1953年人口年龄校正)如图1。由图1可知结核病逐年下降;脑血管疾病(中风)从1965年开始明显下降;全部心脏病也略有减少,但变化不明显;缺血性心脏病则不断增加,约增加1.5倍;恶性肿瘤也有增高趋势。
In the recent 25-30 years, Japan’s cause of death has undergone a significant change in the order, and the diet and nutritional status have undergone significant changes.
