在电力系统中经常出现各种突发事件,这就需要建立电力应急通信,用来确保电网安全。但应急通信究竟选用哪种方式,一直都是相关人士探究的重要课题。事实上无论采用哪种方式,都必须要依据电力系统特征满足应急业务需求。而传统短波通信技术,以独特优势被应用于应急通信中。本文阐述了电力应急通信特征以及短波通信的工作原理,对短波通信应用于电力系统应急通信中进行探析。
In the power system often appear various emergencies, which need to establish emergency power communication, used to ensure grid security. However, what kind of emergency communications should be selected has always been an important topic explored by relevant parties. In fact, no matter what method is used, it must be based on the power system characteristics to meet the needs of emergency services. The traditional shortwave communication technology, with unique advantages are used in emergency communications. This paper describes the characteristics of emergency power communication and the working principle of shortwave communication, and analyzes the application of shortwave communication in emergency communication of power system.
