学生是数学学习的主人,教师是数学学习的引导和组织者。数学教育活动必须建立在学生一定的知识水平和已有的知识经验基础之上,教师应激发学生的学习积极性,向学生提供充分的从事数学活动的机会,帮助他们在自主探索和合作交流的过程中真正理解和掌握基本的数学知识与技能、数学思想和方法,获得广泛的数学活动经验。通过多年的教学实践,我认为提高初中数学教学质量的有效手段是分层教学。
Students are the masters of mathematics learning, teachers are the guide and organizer of mathematics learning. Mathematics education activities must be based on a certain level of knowledge of students and existing knowledge and experience based on the teachers should stimulate the enthusiasm of students to provide students with the full opportunity to engage in mathematical activities to help them explore and cooperate in the process of self-exploration In the real understanding and mastery of basic mathematical knowledge and skills, mathematical ideas and methods, access to a wide range of mathematical activities experience. Through years of teaching practice, I think that an effective way to improve the quality of junior high school mathematics teaching is to teach in different levels.
