将用B7基因转化的和未转化的人乳腺癌细胞B7-MDA453和MDA453经丝裂霉素处理后,给大鼠尾静脉注射1×107细胞连续3天.3天后取大鼠脾脏细胞在外体进行CTL细胞毒试验、MLC和ConA刺激的脾细胞增殖试验。结果证明.经B7-MDA453处理的大鼠所引发的CTL细胞毒作用、MLC和ConA刺激的脾细胞增植试验明显较MDA453处理组高,说B7分子在肿瘤免疫应答中发挥了重要作用。
The B7 gene transformed and untransformed human breast cancer cells B7-MDA453 and MDA453 were treated with mitomycin. Rats were injected with 1×107 cells in tail vein for 3 days. Three days later, rat spleen cells were subjected to CTL cytotoxicity assay, MLC and ConA stimulated spleen cell proliferation assay. Results prove. The cytotoxicity of CTL induced by B7-MDA453-treated rats and the stimulation of splenocytes stimulated by MLC and ConA were significantly higher than that of the MDA453-treated group, suggesting that B7 molecule plays an important role in tumor immune response.
