提出一种直接在铸态下使用的、且具有较高韧性(ak为49.3~80.3J/cm3,带U形缺口)和在小能量多冲击下具有很强加工硬化能力(锤后硬度HRC54~47)的奥氏体基锰钢。测试表明,该材质组织为稳定性很低并带有大量层错的奥氏体加少量。马氏体,耐磨性比传统的Mn13钢提高56%~73%。
A new method is proposed to be used directly in the as-cast state and has high toughness (ak of 49.3-80.3 J / cm3 with U-shaped notch) and strong work-hardening ability under multiple impact with small energy Hardness HRC54 ~ 47) austenitic manganese steel.
