目的:研究干旱胁迫对冬凌草种子萌发及其次生代谢产物形成的影响,揭示冬凌草中有效成分的积累与干旱胁迫的关系。方法:采用聚乙二醇(PEG)-6000及高效液相色谱技术(HPLC)对干旱胁迫下的冬凌草种子萌发、幼苗生长及次生代谢物的积累进行了研究。结果:干旱胁迫下,冬凌草种子萌发、幼苗生长受到不同程度的抑制,其内冬凌草甲素含量,随着胁迫程度的增加受到明显的影响,但迷迭香酸含量无明显的变化。结论:干旱胁迫下对冬凌草种子萌发、幼苗生长及其内冬凌草甲素的合成有着明显的影响。
Objective: To study the effects of drought stress on the seed germination and its secondary metabolites formation of Rubestein (Lysimachia chinensis), and to reveal the relationship between the accumulation of active ingredients and the drought stress. Methods: The seed germination, seedling growth and the accumulation of secondary metabolites under drought stress were studied by using polyethylene glycol (PEG) -6000 and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: Under drought stress, the seed germination and seedling growth of Rubes moreter were inhibited to some extent, and the content of oridonin in them was significantly affected by the increase of stress degree, but there was no obvious change in the content of rosmarinic acid . Conclusion: Under drought stress, the seed germination, seedling growth and the synthesis of oridonin in Rubia cordata has obvious effect.
