当我们把首期《企业文明》呈献给每一位新老读者时,依依惜别与殷殷憧憬之情同时涌上心头。《机电兵器政工》创刊+年来,沐浴着改革的风雨,迎击了竞争的狂澜,辛勤耕耘,独树一帜,赢得了众多读者的信任,成为在全国有影响的政工刊物。然而,进一步的发展,要求她必须改变自己从前的存在形式。行业管理体制的重大变化,使原刊名失却了继续运用的理由;政治与经济和文化的交汇融合,原刊名已无法包容异常丰富的内容,呼唤着合乎时代特征的新的表现形式;读者的需求变化与刊物发展的情势,要求突破既有局限,寻求一种涵盖宽广而又独具特色的新载体。于是,《企业文明》就应运而生。
