通过分析6种单榀试验模型得出扣件式钢管模板支架的稳定承载力修正系数。利用有限元软件ANSYS对单榀试验模型进行模拟,分别得到扣件式钢管模板支架节点为完全刚性和半刚性的稳定承载力,进而得到由有限元计算所得稳定承载力修正系数。试验所得的稳定承载力修正系数和有限元计算所得的修正系数具有较好的一致性。因此,采用稳定承载力修正系数,能够较方便地得出扣件式钢管模板支架节点为完全刚性和半刚性的稳定承载力之间的关系。
Through the analysis of six kinds of single 榀 test model, the correction coefficient of the stable bearing capacity of the fastener-type steel pipe formwork stent is obtained. The finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate the single 榀 test model, and the stable bearing capacity of the full-rigid and semi-rigid buckle-type steel pipe formwork joints was obtained respectively, then the correction coefficient of the stable bearing capacity obtained from the finite element method was obtained. The test results obtained by the stability of the bearing capacity correction factor and finite element calculation of the correction coefficient has a good consistency. Therefore, by using the correction coefficient of stable bearing capacity, the relationship between the full-strength and semi-rigid stable bearing capacity of fastener-type steel pipe formwork joint can be easily obtained.
