目的:研究油茶茎的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、高效制备液相色谱等色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据理化常数及波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从油茶茎中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:(-)-松脂素(1)、(-)-杜仲树脂酚(2)、黄芩新素Ⅱ(3)、白桦酸(4)、乌苏酸(5)、3-O-β-D-葡萄糖(1→2)-β-D-木糖(1→3)[β-D-葡萄糖(1→2)]-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸-15α,16α,28-三羟基-22α-当归酰氧基-齐墩果酸-12-烯(6)、齐墩果酸(7)。结论:其中,化合物1~6为首次从该植物中分离得到,且化合物1~3为首次从山茶属中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Camellia stems. Methods: Silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and HPLC were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical constants and spectral data. Results: Seven compounds were isolated from the stems of Camellia oleifera. The compounds were identified as (-) - phorbol (1), (-) - Eucommia resin phenol (2), baicalin (Ⅱ) (1 → 2) -β-D-xylose (1 → 3) [β-D-glucose (1 → 2)] - β-D - glucuronic acid-15α, 16α, 28-trihydroxy-22α-angeloyloxy-oleanolic acid-12-ene (6), oleanolic acid (7). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1 ~ 6 were isolated from this plant for the first time, and compounds 1 ~ 3 were isolated from camellia for the first time.
