研究锆在含钛的钼合金中的内吸附及其对再结晶温度和高温力学性能的影响。实验结果指出,锆是内表面活性元素,在含钛的钼合金中可以产生内吸附,并能显著提高钼合金的再结晶温度、高温硬度和压蠕变强度。根据位错理论,讨论了锆提高钼合金的再结晶温度和高温强度的原因,认为上述效应可能与内吸附有关。
The effect of zirconium on the internal adsorption of titanium in molybdenum alloy and its effect on the recrystallization temperature and high temperature mechanical properties were investigated. The experimental results show that zirconium is an active element on the inner surface, which can generate internal adsorption in the molybdenum alloy containing titanium and can significantly improve the recrystallization temperature, high temperature hardness and compressive creep strength of the molybdenum alloy. Based on the theory of dislocation, the reasons why Zr increases the recrystallization temperature and the high temperature strength of molybdenum alloy are discussed. The above effects may be related to the internal adsorption.
