目的探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗子宫肌瘤的近期疗效。方法 HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤患者40例。术后6个月分别进行超声、彩色多普勒血流显像、超声造影及MRI监测。观察瘤体大小及血流灌注对比变化。结果治疗后6个月超声造影、MRI监测肌瘤大小和充盈缺损区无差别。结论 HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤疗效确切,超声造影及MRI监测可以作为评价HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤有效性的客观指标。
Objective To investigate the short-term effect of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods HIFU treatment of uterine fibroids in 40 patients. Six months after operation, ultrasound, color Doppler flow imaging, contrast-enhanced ultrasound and MRI were performed respectively. The size of tumor and the contrast of blood perfusion were observed. Results After 6 months of treatment, CEUS and MRI showed no difference between fibroid size and filling defect area. Conclusion HIFU treatment of uterine fibroids exact effect, ultrasound contrast and MRI monitoring can be used as an evaluation of the effectiveness of HIFU treatment of uterine fibroids objective indicators.
