“上海一百”的老总们好有魄力!今年7月29日,老字号“上海一百”与“视美乐”公司几个20出头的年轻人签下了高达5250万元的投资合同。这惊世骇俗的一举,成为中国商界与科技界今夏很亮丽的一道风景。“视美乐”是一项集光学、机械、电子技术于一体的新型多媒体超大屏幕透影电视,它是多媒体透影市场的一个革命。目前为止,国内还没有同类产品,因而具有相当广阔的发展前景。这项发明的拥有者是清华大学三年级学生邱虹云。为使产品尽快商业化,他和一帮同学成立了自己的公司,并尝试着采用风险投资模式以加快知识和技术转化成巨大的财富。风险投资是美国硅谷目前最流行的模式,投资者参与整个创业过程,双方拥有相应股份并承担风险。风险投资这一新的投资模式已成功地培育出了许许多多的高技术企业,包括著名的“雅虎”和“搜狐”。在中国,“上海一百”的老总们成为第一个吃螃蟹的人。他们经过对项目和人员,尤其是人的认真考察后,毅然签下了投资合同:一期投入250万元,用于中试,二期5000万元用于批量生产。产品也将由“上海一百”专卖。尼葛洛庞帝说得好,“从某种意义上说,风险投资投的是人”。
