在市场经济条件下,每每提到市场二字,人们想到的首先是销售市场;在实际运作中,工作重心往往也倾斜于销售市场,这本无可厚非,只是我们在闯荡销售市场的同时,不要忘了企业所面对的另一个市场,那就是采购市场。一个企业,采购市场抓不明白,其销售市场也将绩效平平。因为采购信息的通畅与否,采购原材料的价格高低、质量好坏等均影响着销售市场绩效的优劣。采购市场和销售市场就像是企业的两只脚,血脉相通,相互支撑,分工协作,才能有较快的发展步伐。开拓销售市场是开源,研究采购市场是截流,开源和截流是企业的两大主题。仅研究采购市场而忽略了销售市场实不足取;仅开拓销售市场而不研究采购市场则是竹篮打水。因此必须两手抓,抓好两个市场。把开源和截流紧密地结合起来,才能收到更佳的经营效果。那么,应如何认识这两个市场呢?
