浙江省金华市公安局市区出租车治安管理处成立于1987年12月,隶属于市公安局刑侦支队。10年来,在局党委的领导下,出租车治安管理处摸索出一套预防、打击涉及出租车行业违法犯罪的有效管理方法,为严密金华市区的社会面治安管理,预防、减少各类刑事案件的发生闯出了一条新路。据统计,1994-1996年,利用从业人员提供线索,直接抓获违法犯罪分子830人,协破刑事案件977起,其中重特大刑事案件315起,协助查处治安案件1050起,缴获赃款赃物合计240多万元,摧毁以抢劫出租车司机财物为目的的犯罪团伙15个。一、出租车行业迅速壮大,给社会治安管理带来了新的课题。金华市公安局党委清醒地认识到,必须把出租车行业的从业人员管理起来,清除治安盲点,并使之为公安机关打击违法犯罪服务
